….. I say never work with cowards. They get scared easily and do very silly, very destructive things as a result. They cripple creativity and make life seem grim.
Work with the brave. They’re the ones who do what they said they were going to do even when they get scared. They don’t bail on you when the pressure kicks in, in fact, they’ll stick with you especially when the pressure kicks in.
They are the ones that will venture into new territory with you, they’ll face the most difficult, the most thrilling questions with you. You’ll do your best work with them and have your richest experiences. It is the brave who raise life above the sordid and the ordinary. They are the ones who show us that we can be more than we already are.
Shun the cowards. Seek out the brave and work with them.
