Surround Yourself With People You Respect | The Great Acting Blog

When we surround ourselves with people we respect,  we do our best work because internally we raise our game. When we work with those we respect, our focus is greater and we challenge ourselves to go further, meeting new standards of excellence. When we are surrounded by people we don’t respect however, the opposite is true, and this can have a degrading effect upon us and our work.

Be careful then, not to fall into the trap of trying to make your work and life easier, of trying to relieve the pressure, by surrounding yourself with people you do not respect.
